摘要 用甲苯刻蚀技术研究自制萘沥青的溶解性能和低温转化行为,在偏光显微镜下对沥青中间相小球的出现、生长及融并情况进行了观察,并结合不加偏光情况下对中间相的显微形态观察,对该中间相沥青的性质进行了详细的描述。 Solubility in toluene and mesophase transformation behavior at low temperature of naphthalene pitch which was prepared by the aid of ZrO2/SO-24 Solid superacid were investigated.Both polarized light and no polarized light results showed that mesophase transformation procession included:emergence of spheres ;spheres growth to even diameter of ahout 5μm; when more toluene soluble fraction was extracted,the spheres then grow to large spheres,and were divided into two diameters ; no coalescence was observed before the sphere diameter was bigger than 50μm. Eventually,flow domain texture was obtained. In this paper,many interesting and significative phenomena may be important for application of mesophase,such as preparation of microbeads and low softening point mesophase pitch.
