摘要
目的:研究采用重渗漉法提取决明子有效成分的实验条件,并制成决明子滴丸的液体中间体。方法:以大黄酚含量为指标、以总提取物得量为参考指标,用重渗漉法以不同浓度乙醇为溶剂和不同渗漉速度选择最佳的溶剂浓度和重渗漉速度。结果:最佳溶剂为80%乙醇,最佳重渗漉速度为2ml/min。结论:以80%乙醇为溶剂和2ml/min渗漉速度为最适宜的重渗漉条件,常压水浴浓缩制备投料用稠膏的方法基本可行,为研制决明子滴丸提供可靠的有效成分提取工艺。
Objective:To study the experimental conditions of extracting effective components in Semen Cassiae by repercolation method, and to supply the dependable intermedium for preparing Semen Cassiae drop pill. Methods :By means of chrysophanic acid contents as index,the amount of total extractive acted as referred index,in the process of repercolation method by means of dissolvent of different concentration of ethyl alocohol and different percolation speed choosing optimal dissolvent concentration and repercolation speed. Results:Optimal dissolvent concentration of ethyl alocohol was 80% and optimal repercolation speed was 2.0 ml/min. Conclusion:80% ethyl alocohol dissolvent and 2.0 ml/ min repercolation speed are optimal repercolation conditions, normal pressure aqueous bath condense preparing casting material with the method of thick mastic is fundamentally feasible, the extractive technology of dependable effective component is prepared for advanced development of Semen Cassiae drop pill.
