ON THE OPTIMUM SUBSECTION POINT OF FORECASTING FIT METHOD AND ITS EXISTENCE AND UNIQUENESS

本文以偏差平方和最小为理论依据，提出了预报拟合法最优分段点的概念与确定准则，得到了预报拟合法存在与唯一性的一个充分条件．

On the basis of the theory that the sum of deviation squares are minimum, the concept of the optimum subsection of the forecasting fit method and its determination criterion are proposed. A sufficient condition is obtained for the existence and uniqueness of the forecasting fit method.
