摘要
目的:观察大鼠持续运动对中央杏仁核(CeA)c-fos蛋白表达的影响。方法:雄性SD大鼠30只,随机分为对照组(n=5只)和持续运动组(n=25只)。建立大鼠持续游泳运动模型,采用ABC免疫组织化学方法,观察大鼠CeA中c-fos阳性神经元细胞表达的变化(即c-fos蛋白表达变化),并用图像分析系统和统计学软件进行图像和数据分析。结果:持续运动后即刺组大鼠CeA中c-fos阳性细胞表达密度较小,呈分散型,与对照组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);运动后30min、120min、240min,大鼠CeA中c-fos阳性细胞表达密度相对较高,呈分散型,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);运动后60min,大鼠CeA中c-fosf阳性细胞数密度最大,c-fos表达达到峰值(P<0.01)。结论:持续运动对大鼠CeA中c-fos蛋白表达有影响,具有时效性。
The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of endurance exercise on the expression of c-fos protein in central arnygdala. Thirty male SD rats were randomly divided into two groups:control group and endurance exercise group. To establish the endurance swimming exercise models in rat, and detect the change of the expression of c-fos positive cells in central amygdale by using the method of ABC immunohistochemistry, then analyze the image and data by imaging analyzing system and statistical software. The result showed that the density of c- fos positive cells in central amygdale were small right after endurance swimming exercise, without significant difference as compared with the control group(P〉0.05);The density of c-fos positive cells in central amygdale were high at 30min, 120min and 240min after endurance swimming exercise, and appeared significant difference as compared with the control group (P 〈0.05 ) ;The density of c-fos positive cells gets to the top significantly at 60min(P〈0.01. It concluded that endurance swimming exercise could affect the expression of c-fos protein in CeA , and the expression of c-fos protein was timelines.
