摘要
为解决油漆废渣直接焚烧不易进料,易产生污染的问题,将油漆废渣批量堆积进行热解实验。发现油漆废渣具有先软化缩聚再热解的特点,当热解温度在750℃,热解时间超过120min时,热解进行彻底。热解产生的燃气质量约占废渣质量的40%,热值约30MJ/m3;剩余残渣质量约占20%,热值约18MJ/kg,另外还有部分焦油。根据实验结果提出的先热解,再将热解产物燃气和残渣分别送入锅炉中燃烧的工艺可以有效解决油漆废渣直接焚烧中出现的问题,具有良好的经济和环境效益。
The pyrolysis of paint slag was studied to reduce paint slag combustion problems causing by difficulties feeding the paint slag and the amount of pollutants. Paint slag softens and undergoes polycondensation during pyrolysis. Complete pyrolysis took 120 min at 750 ℃. The combustible gas produced by the pyrolysis accounting for about 40% of the paint slag mass, had a heating value of about 30 MJ/m^3. Tars account for about 20% of the paint slag mass, had a heating value of about 18 MJ/kg. Some chars were also found after the pyrolysis. The results suggest that the combustible gases and the residues from the paint slag pyrolysis be burned separately in the furnace. This technique overcomes the problems of direct combustion, is more economical and better for the environment.
