摘要
在实验室条件下,测定了熔融还原过程中CaO-SiO_2-Al_2O_3-MgO-TiO_2-FeO系炉渣组成以及不同供碳方式对TiC生成的影响,并进行了热力学分析。研究结果表明:TiC的生成机理与工艺条件密切相关。
In laboratory conditions,experiments have been conducted to test tLe effects of both the constitution of CaO-SiO-AlO-MgO-TiO-FeO slag and the different methods of carbon supply on TiC formation in smelting reduction process,for which the thermodynarnical analysis has been done as well. The study suggests that the mechanism of TiC formation bears a close relation to the technological conditions.
