攀钢废渣瓷质砖生产配方研制

DEVELOPMENT OF PROPORTIONING SCHEDULE FOR CERAMIC TILE PRODUCTION WITH WASTE SLAG AT PANGANG

摘要 本研究利用廉价的当地原料取代了原试验研究配方中的三种外省高价原料,成功地推出了古铜色、云铁红实用生产配方,取消了原攀钢废渣原料的高温氧化预处理工艺。实践证明,产品性能达到和超过EN-176-91标准,且能大幅度降低生产成本。 The research on the proportioning schedule for ceramic tile production was conducted with local cheap raw materials instead of 3 expensive ones originally purchased outside. As a re-sult, a bronze-coloured and iron red proportioning schedule was successfully developed, and the process of high temperature oxidation pretreatment of waste slag at pangang was cancelled. The practice has shown that the product property has reached or overtaken the standard EN - 176- 91 and the cost has greatly decreased.
