^1H-MRS联合DCE-MRI扫描在乳腺癌诊断中的临床价值 被引量:3

摘要 磁共振氢质子波谱(1H-MRS)中胆碱峰的升高有助于判断肿瘤的良恶性,而动态增强磁共振成像(DCE-MRI)技术可动态观察乳腺疾病的血流动力学变化,两者的联合应用有望提高乳腺癌诊断的敏感性和特异性。就1H-MRS联合DCE-MRI扫描在乳腺癌诊断中的临床价值予以综述。
