摘要 简述了VRLA铅酸蓄电池的充电特性及慢脉冲快速充电的原理。在充电过程中,影响蓄电池充电性能的主要因素是电池内部的浓差极化,慢脉冲快速充电方法能有效地消除或减弱浓差极化。据此设计制作了实用于12V20Ah以下蓄电池的充电器。使用该充电器和普通三段式充电器分别对12V10Ah的铅酸蓄电池进行充电实验,结果表明:慢脉冲快速充电器依靠其充电过程中大电流后面维持的小电流,有效地消除了大电流充电下电池的极化现象,使得蓄电池充电效率大为提高,充电速度加快,同时电池析气量少,温升不高,并具有减缓电池的硫酸盐化和延长蓄电池循环使用寿命的作用。 Charge performance of VRLA battery and principle of fast charging with slow pulse were introduced briefly, In charging process, the main factor that affects charge performance of the battery is concentration polarization of battery inside. The slow pulse charging method is able to remove polarization efficiently. A charger was designed and applied to the battery that was less than 12 V 20 Ah. The charge experiment of 12 V10 Ah battery was carried out by this charger and a three-stage charger. The results show that the slow pulse charge at low current after high current charge is able to remove polarization efficiently, increases charging efficiency and charge rate, decreases volume of gas evolution and temperature, and slows down sulfating and extends cycle life of battery.
