摘要 以MATLAB为辅助工具,给出了直动推杆盘形凸轮机构在推杆实现规律的基本运动时的基本尺寸优化设计方法,使凸轮机构的体积和最大压力角达到最小。导出了相应的计算式,给出的分段函数、间断点的处理办法及初始值的确定方法,也为其它推杆运动规律(如各种组合运动规律)的优化设计打下了基础。 Taking the MATLAB as an auxiliary tool, the optimization designing method for basic dimensions of the disk cam mechanism with translation push rod while the push rod realizes the regular basic movement was presented, thus letting the volume of cam mechanism and the maximum pressure angle reached a minimum. The relevant computation expression was derived, the sectionalized function, the way for handling the disconnected points and the method for determining the primary value were presented. A foundation for the optimization design on other push rod movement regulation (such as various kinds of combined motion law) was laid as well.
