Reduction in Sintering Production Cost by Using Cheap Raw Materials

褐铁矿和针铁矿是廉价的铁矿石，而钢渣、硫酸渣、瓦斯灰等又是来源丰富的含铁杂料，利用这些资源不仅可以降低烧结生产成本，还能净化环境。但这些铁料都会给生产带来一些不利影响，因此必须科学地使用，才能不影响产品的产量和质量介绍了国内外一些烧结厂家，利用这些铁料时,开发出的新工艺和积累的经验。

Limonite and goethite are very cheap iron ores. Steelmaking slag,sulfate slag and flue dust etc. are iron-bearing auxiliary materials having many resources.Not only production cost of sintering can be reduced, but the environment can be cleaned if these reources are used sufficiently. As all these iron-bearing materials affect for sintering production,they must be used scientifically to improve output and quality of product.By using these iron-bearing materials, some new technology developed and experiences accumulated by some sintering plants at home and abroad are introduced.
