中板分层的原因分析

通过对鞍钢中板厂中板分层情况的跟踪调查以及对典型样品的检验分析，认为中板分层的主要原因是由钢锭中的缩孔或缩孔残余引起的，而轧钢厂的生产工艺又进一步扩大了分层面积。据此，提出了减少中板分层的具体措施和建议。

The investigation into medium plate lamination at AISC Medium Plate Plant and the test analysis of the typical samples have been done and it is considered that the medium plate lamination was mainly originated from shrinkage voids and shrinkage voids remains of ingots and the production technology of rolling mill plants extends lamination surface further as well. Therefore the measures and proposals for reducing medium plate lamination are put forward.
