摘要
在水处理技术中,预膜过程是整个水处理过程中一个重要阶段,形成一个较好的初期保护膜不仅能抑制初始阶段较高的腐蚀速度,而且能大大减少稳定运行后药剂的投入量,起到事半功倍的效果。对有机膦酸盐类水处理剂在预膜阶段形成的保护膜进行了全面研究,证明:预膜试片比未预膜试片腐蚀速度下降了80%。
In Water treatment the prefilming process is a key stage, primary protective film formed stablly can not only restrain higher corrosion rate in the primary stage but also considerablly reduce added amount of chemical reagent after stable operation,getting twice the result with half the effort. The full investigation of the protective film formed by water treating agent of organic phosphine is done, showing that the corrosion rate of pre filmed test piece is reduced by 80% compared with non-prefilmed test piece.
