摘要
以应急物流的概念与特性为切入点,确定了行驶时间、拥挤程度、行驶困难度、货物运输的安全性和运输组织的便捷性五个评价指标,并利用带有专家可信度的非线性优化层次分析法来确定各评价指标的权重系数,运用灰色系统理论建立了应急物流的路径选择方法。
The paper determines five evaluation indexes, namely the travel time, the degree of congestion, degree of travel difficulties, safety of the freight, the convenience of transport organization, ascertains weight coefficient of evaluation indexes using non-linear optimization analytic hierarchy process with expert reliability and builds up the route selection method for emergency logistics on the basis of grey system theory.
