摘要 辊切切分轧件时,产生的水平分力必须使轧件弯曲,保证切分轧件与轧件弯曲同步进行.就预切分这次后连体轧件的断面形状,也就是对预切分道次的最佳孔型设计进行探讨.目的在于满足生产需要,保证在生产过程中能够顺利完成将轧件切分开,另外从节能省力的角度,也要选择合理的孔型断面形状。 Horizontal component force caused by a slit-rolling with edged rolls must bend rolled stock and ensure synchronization for slit rolling and bending of ro1led stock. Sectional shape of rolled stock which has not been slit yet afer slit-rolling pass,i. e. optimal pass design for pre-slit roling pass is approached. The aim is to meet the requirement of production and ensure that rolled stock can be slit successfully in rolling process,moreover in terms of energy saving and labour saving it is neccessary to select rational pass section form as well.
