复合材料开口缝合补强结构力学性能实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 对复合材料开口缝合补强结构进行了实验研究,测试了不同缝合参数(针距、行距、边距、单重和双重缝合)补强的含孔复合材料层板的拉伸强度,研究了孔边应力集中、应变集中对强度、刚度等力学性能参数的影响,分析讨论了孔边及邻近区域应变集中及应变分布的规律,比较全面地揭示出不同缝合参数补强的试样孔边应变随载荷的变化规律。结合实验结果和分析讨论,给出较为合理的孔口缝合补强设计参数。 The experimental study was carried out on the effect of stitching reinforcement to the member of composite laminates containing a circular hole. The effects of stitching parameters, such as stitching needle distance, row spacing, edge distance, single stitching and double stitching, etc., were compared and analyzed. The tensile strength was measured for the member of composite laminates containing a circular hole. The rules of strain concentration and strain distribution were investigated analytically and experimentally. The edge strain of the hole with the change of external loads was measured for different stitching parameters. According to the experimental results, a design method about stitching on the edge of a hole is presented.
