摘要
顶吹氧平炉炼钢熔炼过程中造渣是很重要的,由于平炉炼钢供氧强度大,一氧化碳反应激烈,钢液降碳快,熔炼时间短等,给造渣带来困难。采用新型熔剂──钛渣作造渣剂,可以解决这个问题,经过三年多的试验研究,取得了大量的数据,结果证明使用钛渣作造渣剂,可以降低熔渣熔点,改善熔渣流动性,降低铁料消耗,提高炉底寿命。
Slag formation is important for smelting process in oxygen top blowing openhearth steelmaking. The high oxygen supply intensity, intense CO reaction, quick carbon de-creasing in liquid steel and short smelting time make slag formation difficult. Using a newtype flux-Ti-bearing slag as slag forming agent may solve this problem. An amount of datahave been obtained in the experimental study over 3 years, the result shows that Ti-bearingslag as slag forming agent can decrease the melting point of molten slag, improve the fluidityof molten slag, reduce consumption of iron material and increase the life of the furnace bot-tom.
