摘要
高效连铸的主要目的是获得高的铸坯无缺陷率,连铸技术工作者一直把连铸坯质量作为连传发展的一个方向。连铸坯存在的缺陷主要表现为裂纹、偏析、非金属夹杂及鼓肚变形等,这些缺陷的形成与连铸坯凝固过程中的传输现象密切相关。
The main aim is to obtain high nondefective percentage of cast slab and billet.Technicians for continuous casting technology always regard quality of continuous cast slaband billet as a developing direction of the continuous casting technology.Main defects in continuous cast slab and billet appear as crack,segregation,non-metalicinclusion as well as bulging deformation. The formation of these dcfects are closely relative totransmission phenomena of the solidification process.
