摘要就国外运动员退役问题进行综述研究,总结现有研究的理论依据及理论框架:死亡学途径的借鉴、社会年龄学途径的借鉴、职业过渡的理论框架和社会生态学的理论框架;具体描述了运动员退役的研究方法:回顾式方法、现象学方法和问卷调查法;列举了运动员退役的研究领域及成果:退役后运动员的身份危机、退役后运动员的自我认同和运动员退役的影响因素及应对策略。 This paper makes investigation on athlete＇s retirement m foreign country, summarizes the theoretical basis and framework of current research on it： death logy, social gerontology, career transition theory, social-ecology theoretical framework, describes research methods on athletes ＇ retirement ： prospective study, phenomenology, questionnaires and demonstrates the research fields and achievements on athletes＇ retirement： identity crisis, self-identity, influencing factors and strategies.
