大学新生锻炼行为阶段变化与心理因素研究 被引量:23

摘要 通过对武汉地区部分高校新生进行两次"锻炼行为阶段变化问卷"的测量,检验跨理论模型(The Transtheoretical Model,TTM)各问卷在研究我国大学新生锻炼行为上的适用性,并在此基础上进行了方差分析,以了解大学新生锻炼行为的阶段变化特点。研究结果表明:阶段变化问卷的结构效度、内部一致性信度都达到了较理想的水平;被试分布在锻炼行为改变的5个阶段上,而且各个阶段上的人数分布不一致;锻炼阶段的不同变化在TTM各因素上的得分变化差异显著,且从不同阶段变化时,被试的TTM各因素得分的变化存在差异。 This paper uses the stages of change questionnaire to survey the fresh students from some colleges in Wuhan in order to test the trans-theoretical model and adaptability for surveying the exercise behavior of Chinese fresh students, and analyze the data using ANOVA procedures to know the stage change characters about the exercise behavior of Chinese fresh student. The result shows that both the structure validity and the internal consistencies coefficient of the stages of change questionnaire reach an ideal level. Participants distribute in five stages of exercise and the number of participants in every stage is different. There are significant statistical differences about the scores of the TTM's different factors among the different exercise stage changers. The score change is different when participants changing their exercise behavior from different stage.
