摘要 中性粒细胞(PMNs)是天然免疫系统的重要组成部分,在人体免疫系统中发挥重要的非特异性免疫功能。NADPH氧化酶是存在于PMNs细胞内的一组具有氧化活性的蛋白, NADPH氧化酶的活性是决定PMNs免疫能力的重要因素。综述了NADPH氧化酶的构成及其激活过程,NADPH氧化酶在PMNs免疫中的作用以及运动对PMNs免疫能力和NAD- PH氧化酶的影响。 Neutrophil is an important component of innate immune system and plays a key role in non-specific immune function. NADPH oxidase is a group of oxidative proteins in neutrophil. The activity of NADPH oxidase is the vital factor to determine the immune function of neutrophil. This paper reviews the component of NADPH oxidase, the assembly and activation of NADPH oxidase, the function of NADPH oxidase in the neutrophil immunity and the effects of exercise on neutrophil immune function and NADPH oxidase in order to offer some references for further research about the effect of exercise on immune function.
