Research on Developing Condition of Traditional Athletics Schools in Shandong Province

通过对山东省281所省级田径传统项目学校的调查研究,分析目前山东省省级田径传统项目学校的基本现状,探讨其发展规模、人力资源、训练保障及运行机制等情况,研究山东省省级田径传统项目学校发展中取得的成功经验及存在的主要问题,提出山东省省级田径传统项目学校发展的对策。

Based on the survey of the 281 traditional athletics schools in Shandong province, this paper analyses the present situation of traditional athletics schools in Shandong province, discusses the development scale, the project layout, training security and operating mechanism, studies the successful experience and main problem in the development of provincial traditional athletics sports schools and puts forward some countermeasures for the future development of the provincial sport schools in Shandong.
