摘要
随着运动训练水平的不断提高,残疾人举重比赛竞争日益激烈,对运动员技术稳定性和合理性的要求越来越高。为了更好地服务训练实践,选取我国优秀残疾人举重运动员12名(女6、男6)作为研究对象,用两台松夏M9500型摄像机对运动员的比赛进行现场平面定点、定机技术拍摄,拍摄所得录像带用爱捷运动图像快速反馈系统进行采样分析,得出相关数据,通过对所得数据的研究分析,发现我国残疾人举重运动员的技术现状及特点,同时运用运动解剖学、运动生物力学的相关知识对我国运动员的技术现状进行分析研究,找出优势与不足,总结规律,为充实和完善技术训练理论,改善我国优秀残疾人举重运动员的整体技术水平,进而提高运动成绩提供科学训练依据。
With the improvement of training level, disabled weightlifting competition is becoming increasingly fierce and the requirement on athlete's stability and legitimacy is high. In order to better serve the practice of training, this paper makes selection of China's disabled people weightlifters 12 (6 female, 6 male ) as research subject, using two cameras Panasonic M9500- athletes to match the scene plane designated destinations, computer technology shooting the viewing video love Aijie Moving Image fast feedback system for analysis of samples obtained relevant data. The data collected shows the technical features and status quo of our disabled weightlifters. By applying the same anatomy, biomechanics and the related knowledge, current technical condition of our weightlifters is analyzed, advantage and weaknesses is found out. The main purpose is to provide the scientific basis for perfecting the technical training theory and improving the performance.
