摘要
大力跳发球是当今排坛主流的发球方式,通过对影响大力跳发球效果的技术、身体素质、心理等方面的分析,找出提高大力跳发球水平的训练方法。
Jump - drive service is the main style of service in modern volleyball match. Through making analysis on technique, physical and mental fitness influencing jump - drive service effect, this paper found out the training method improving the level of jump -drive service.
