摘要
通过对扬州环境资源职业技术学院随机抽取的100名二年级学生进行为期四个月的定向运动锻炼,并对其进行锻炼前后心理健康部分评价指标的心理学测试。结果表明:定向运动锻炼对提高大学生的心理健康水平具有显著的效果。
This paper adopted 100 sophomoric students randomly in Yangzhou Environmental Resources Professional Technology Institute and conducted four month training experiment of athletic orienteering exercise. The designed psychological tests with attention to mental health indexes were taken separately before and after the training experiment. The result indicates that the impacts of athletic orienteering exercise on mental health of college students are significance.
