高校“三选课”教学之啪啦啪啦舞课程的设计与实践

Design and Practice of Parapara Dance Course in College Three-Selective-Teaching

啪啦啪啦舞是一项新兴的运动项目,啪啦啪啦舞引入高校体育"三选课"是对高校体育课程教学内容的丰富和拓展。运用问卷调查法、统计分析等方法,结合湘潭大学啪啦啪啦舞选项课教学情况进行评价,结果表明:教学计划的安排、教学内容的确定、教学方法的选择等方面的实施情况效果良好。

Parapara dance is a popular sport event. It enriches and develops the contents of college physical education by introducing the parapara dance in the three - selective - teaching. Based on the questionnaire, statistical analysis and combining with the general appraising of parapara teaching of Xiangtan University, it indicates that the arrangement of teaching scheme, establishment of teaching contents and selection of teaching methods have great effect.
