摘要
采用实验法和问卷调查法对湖南城市学院2005级瑜伽形体选项班138名女生进行单组自身对照实验研究,结果显示:(1)瑜伽形体练习能有效改善女大学生的身体形态;(2)瑜伽形体练习能提高女大学生的柔韧、平衡素质;(3)瑜伽形体练习能有效改善女大学生的心肺功能;(4)瑜伽形体练习对女大学生心理健康水平的提高有积极作用。
Through using the method of experiment and questionnaire, this paper makes study on 138 female students who select yoga physical shape exercise. The result shows that yoga exercise can effectively improve their physical shape, flexibility and balance quality, cardiorespiratory function as well as mental health.
