河南省中学课外体育训练的现状调查及对策研究

Study on Current Condition of School Extracurricular Sports Training in Henan Province

通过对河南省贫困地区的4个县区中学课外体育训练的调查研究发现,在大力提倡科学训练的思想指导下,中学课外体育训练仍然存在着一些严重的问题,影响队员的正常身体发育和运动员的培养。本文针对这些问题提出相应的对策和建议,旨在为一些地区的课外体育训练提供帮助,有助于课外体育训练的科学化。

Through making investigation on school extracurricular sports training from four countries at poverty -stricken areas in Henan province, the author found out that there had still some serious problems ＂influencing athlete normal growth and cultivation. Based on these problems, some suggestions are put forward in order to provide the help for school extracurricular sports training in some regions.
