摘要
在健美操教学中柔韧素质是五大身体素质中最重要的身体素质。它对健美操动作的伸展性、幅度、表现力及运动中受伤的预防都起着非常重要的作用。但常规的健美操教学中发展柔韧素质的方法比较单调、枯燥,且效果不突出。本文针对影响柔韧素质提高且易被忽视的状态要素,如强度、体温及中枢神经兴奋性,提出几种新颖且切实可行的方法:如本体促通技术(PNF)法、按摩器刺激法及调节中枢神经兴奋度法,以供广大同行借鉴和参考。
Flexibility is one of the important fitness in five physical qualities in aerobics teaching. It has vital function on preventing injury in exercise. In traditional aerobics teaching, the development of flexibility is bored and monotone. Based on above condition, some feasible methods are put forward in order to provide the reference for concerned people.
