广州高校女教师参与休闲体育的现状与发展对策

Study on Current Condition and Developing Measurement of College Female Teachers Participating in Leisure Sports in Guangzhou

本文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、数据统计法等,对广州高校女教师参与休闲体育活动的特征进行调查与分析。结果表明:广州女教师对休闲体育的认识水平和参与休闲体育行为水平均处于较低状态,参与休闲体育意识有待于加强,针对广州高校女教师参与休闲体育的特点,提出培养其参与休闲体育意识的对策。

Through using the method of literature, questionnaire, expert interview and mathematical statistics, this paper makes investigation on characteristics of college female teachers participating in leisure sports in Guangzhou. The result shows that the level of awareness and behavior of female teachers participating in leisure sports is low. Based on the characteristics of their leisure sports, some measurements are put forward.
