The Effects of Different Diet on Growth Performance of Alimentary Tract in Geese

摘要 试验选取3周龄扬州鹅36只,随机分成6组,每组6只,公母各半,饲喂不同组成但营养水平基本一致的日粮,研究不同日粮对鹅消化道发育的影响,结果表明:苜蓿、黑麦草和小麦麸含量为18%的日粮组鹅的肌胃、十二指肠、空肠和直肠的重量最大;空肠和回肠的长度均最短,但盲肠和直肠的长度最长;十二指肠的肠壁厚度及绒毛高度、空肠和盲肠的肠壁厚度均最大。 36 three-weeks-old of the same day yangzhou geese were divided into six experiment groups of six geese each, the number of male and that of female geese was equal. They were feed diet of different composition but identical influence level,in order to study the effect of different diet on the growth of alimentary tract of geese. The results showed that the weight of actomyosin, duodenum, jejunum and recta was maximum in the group of 18% of alfalfa, ryegrass and wheat. The length of jejunum and ileum was minimum,but the length of cecum and recta was maximum. The intestine thickness and the fluff highth of duodenum were maximum.
