猪圆环病毒病的PCR诊断与防制 被引量：2

摘要 根据GenBank发表的猪圆环病毒AF027217基因序列,设计、合成一对特异性引物,对疑似感染猪圆环病毒的患病猪的血液及病死仔猪内脏组织进行了PCR扩增,检测结果为阳性。并对猪场采取综合防制措施,取得较好效果。
