摘要
经六步法全方位整理陈旧寄生虫瓶装标本17种规格,1138件。全貌焕然一新,技术价值陡增,为标本室建立近50年来标本全息最好时期。新资料、新数据、新照片存入电脑管理。其中试验筛选的玻璃胶新材料封闭标本瓶已近5年,仍保持牢固严密、不透气、不漏液、不裂缝良好状态。解决了几十年来存在的标本瓶封闭不严、保存液长年挥发,造成标本干瘪变形的损坏和挥发的甲醛对人身健康危害的难题,为长期沉寂的标本封闭技术的一次创新。
Repair 17 varietas, 1183 bottles old parasite specimens, includes six steps in the experiment. The specimens showed completely renovated, and technique value turn better important. It is optimal period in founded specimen room 50 years. All datas and pictures under computer management. Specimen bottles blocked with glass cement were fast, rigorous, airtight and no weeping. It can not only refrain specimen from drying and being out of shape, but also save liquid volatilizing to human healthy. It hasn＇t been reported internal.
