摘要
研究"好教师"的特征可以通过多种途径。研究者既可以直接观察教师的行为,也可以阅读教师本人撰写的专业论文,但真正有效的路径是让教师讲述自己的教育自传或个人生活史,让有关"好教师"的个人知识在教师的个人生活史的叙述中间接地显露出来。从大量的教育自传中,本研究得出基本结论认为:好教师有两个基本特征,一是那个教师"对我好";二是那个教师"有激情"。
A good teacher has various characteristics,which can be observed directly in his/her be- havior or examined in his/her professional paper.However,a more effective way is to let the teach- er tell his/her personal life history or educational autobiography.In this article,the personal knowl- edge of the good teacher is revealed through his/her personal life history.According to numerous educational autobiographies as the basis for this study,the Good Teacher mainly has two characteris- tics:kind to students and having passion for education.
