公安专利现状及其发展对策研究

Study on Present Situation of Patent In Public Security Organ and its Developing Countermeasures

本文通过对近20年公安系统专利现状的调研分析，指出了公安专利管理上存在的主要问题，探讨了公安系统专利的发展对策：即要从制定专利管理办法、加强专利知识的宣传、落实专利激励制度、促进专利转化等方面推动公安专利发展。

This paper discussed the developing countermeasures of patent in public security field by study on its present situation of patent in the last twenty years. Its main countermeasures are these： to set up regulation of administering patent, to enhance the propaganda of the knowledge on patent, to make more use of the patent, to carry out the inspiriting police, and so on.
