隐式单索夹持式玻璃幕墙承载性能的有限元分析 被引量:1

Finite Element Analysis of Load-Carrying Capacity for Glass Curtain Walls with Invisible Single Cables

摘要 隐式单索夹持式玻璃幕墙将结构隐藏在内部,在现有幕墙体系中最为通透,但是在设计分析时需要考虑预应力、几何非线性和大变形的影响,难度有所增加。隐式单索体系是一种新型建筑结构,在承载性能方面的研究还很薄弱。本文借鉴单层索结构的研究方法,根据试验模型简化后建立了有限元模型,对玻璃刚度、连接件刚度、钢索直径、预拉力等的静力及动力承载力影响趋势进行研究。通过有限元分析结果和试验数据的对比,验证有限元计算方法和结果的可靠性,为实际工程设计提供依据。 With the supporting structure hidden in the glass seam, the glass curtain wall with invisible single cable is the most transparent among the existeing curtain wall systems. But the design and analysis of such system would be more difficult, for the prestress, geometrical nonlinear and big deflection should be taken into account. As a novel building structure, the studies of load-carrying capacity are not enough. Referring to the studying method of single cable net, this paper studies many factors influencing the load-carrying capacity such as glass rigidity, connection rigidity, cable diameter and prestress with the simplified finite element model derived from experiment. The comparison of the results of experiment and elemental analysis validates the reasonability of the result and method of finite elemental analysis and provides a preliminary base for future design of practical engineering.
