摘要
目前对既有房屋加层改造的方案决策还缺乏科学系统的方法。本文在分析影响加层方案选择的诸影响因素的基础上,提出了一个辅助决策模型,为方案决策提供参考。
Methods suitable for evaluating the feasibility of various upgrading schemes for existing buildings are few currently. Therefore, a decision-support model is proposed to help make decision on the scheme, based on analyzing various factors that affect the selection of different upgrading schemes.
