摘要
“教育者”并非是一个由外在规范所构成的身份性概念,而是一个有其内在本质诉求的文化性概念。对人之成长的真正关怀的教育性意向以及对于文化在启迪人生成长方面所发挥作用的文化自觉使一个人成为“真正的教育者”,这构成了教育者的真正本质。
The concept of "educator" is not a concept ot identity, but a concept oi culture. A "real educator" should embody the pedagogical intent which really cares for a person's development and the cultural consciousness which plays a role in enlightening a person's development. This is the real nature of an educator.
