The concept of ＂educator＂ is not a concept ot identity, but a concept oi culture. A ＂real educator＂ should embody the pedagogical intent which really cares for a person＇s development and the cultural consciousness which plays a role in enlightening a person＇s development. This is the real nature of an educator.
