摘要
随着开展外包企业的不断增加,全球外包市场的模持续扩大。外包这一新兴商业模式受到了国内外学术界的普遍关注。本文对相关研究成果做出了综述,深入分析了外包的内涵与产生的动因、外包发展的条件以及企业外包决策的依据,探讨了外包发展对全球经济增长以及企业经营绩效和组织方式变动的影响。
Based upon the new progress of outsourcing research, this paper gives an overall review on the conception, motives, determinants and decision making process of outsourcing. Also discussed in the paper are the various impacts of outsourcing on the global economy, international specification pattern as well as the perforrn, ances and strategies of related enterprises.
