从“被动适应”到“自主超越”——教育改革背景下中小学教师专业成长的几个“抓手”

摘要
教师的发展水平直接决定着教育改革的成败。本文从教育改革与教师素养的密切联系出发，简述了教育改革背景下中小学教师专业成长的必要性和迫切性，阐述了从“被动适应”走向“自主超越”的具体方略。
