摘要
用金相技术结合电子探针对双辊薄带连铸带坯的纵裂纹成因进行了分析。认为是由于铸造时热传导、铸带宽度方向的温度及应力不均,使最大应力超过各温度下的允许值而造成的。
We analyse the formation Cause of longitudinal crack of the strip in double - roll strip continuous casting using metallographic technique and electron microprobe. It is considered that the crack originates from inhonogeneity of heat transfer, stress and temperature in broadening direction of the casting strip during continuous casting, which resulted in maximum stress higher than the allowable value at various temperatures.
