在四个西方蜜蜂品种的线粒体基因组中存在相同的CytB基因

摘要 为了探明在西方蜜蜂不同品种中是否存在相同的CytB基因,本研究以4个西方蜜蜂品种中的线粒体基因组为研究对象,通过体外聚合酶链反应(polymerase chain reaction,PCR)技术特异性扩增了CytB,结果发现4个西方蜜蜂品种的线粒体基因组具有相同的分子量为600-700(bp)的CytB基因片段,这提示在西方蜜蜂不同品种的线粒体基因组中存在相同的CytB基因。 To present whether the same cytb gene exists in a variety of Apis.rneUifera, we detected the gene of cytb by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) on the basis of mitochondrial DNA (mt DNA). The result was shown as the same fragment of cytb gene between 600-700 bp in the 4 variety of Apis.mellifera. The findings suggest that the same cytb gene exists in variety of Apis.mellifera.
