摘要 目的:探讨Survivin在早孕小鼠子宫内膜中的动态表达及在胚胎着床中的作用。方法:用FQ-PCR及免疫组化方法分别检测未孕及妊娠d2-7各组小鼠子宫内膜Survivin基因和蛋白的表达。结果:FQ-PCR检测妊娠组Survivin mRNA的表达明显高于未孕组(P<0.01),并且随着妊娠天数的增加子宫内膜Survivin mRNA的表达逐渐增加,到孕d6达到高峰,随后下降,但孕d7仍明显高于未孕组(P<0.01)。免疫组化检测Survivin蛋白在子宫内膜的表达规律与FQ-PCR结果一致。结论:早孕小鼠子宫内膜着床期Survivin mRNA和蛋白均高表达,然后下降,提示Survivin可能通过抗细胞凋亡,促细胞增殖和血管形成的作用,参与胚胎着床。 Objective: To investigate the expression of inhibitor ofapoptosis protein survivin in the endometrium of mouse with early pregnancy and its role in the process of embryo implantation. Methods: Expression of survivin in uterine endometrium of non-pregnancy and pregnant mice from d 2 to d 7 was detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR (FQ-PCR)and immunohistochemistry. Results: The expression of survivin mRNA and protein in pregnant mice was higher than that in non-pregnant mice (P〈0.01), reaching maximal level on d 6 of pregnancy, and then decreased on d 7. Conclusion: The function of cell proliferation, apoptosis, and angiogenesis of the survivin in the endometrium might be concerned with the process of embryo implantation.
