摘要
我国已步入老龄化社会,老年养老问题日益突出,乌鲁木齐亦是如此。机构养老无疑是社会化养老服务的发展趋势之一,但在发展过程中碰到一系列难题和问题,必须在方向、观念、管理、服务等方面逐步突破,这样才能开拓机构养老的新局面。
The present article discusses the problems exited for the institutional service for the aged and the author provides us with some solutions for the problems form the perspective of management, service. Only through reform from these aspects, can the institutional service for the aged meet the requirements of the society.
