摘要
实验采用乙醚先对甜菊叶进行脱脂,再用70%乙醇提取,Ca(OH)2和KAl(SO4)2作沉淀剂,在80℃下去除提取液中的杂质和色素,再经AB-8大孔吸附树脂处理,99%乙醇重结晶,制得含量可达10.85%、纯度可达91.7%的甜菊苷。
The oiliness was removed from stevia leaves using ethyl ether, then 70% ethanol was used for extracting. The impurity and pigmental materials were removed from the extract with the Ca(OH)2 and KAI(SO4)2 as precipitator. After treated with macroporous adsorbent AB-8, the stevioside was further purified by recrystallization with 99% ethanol. The stevioside of 10.85 % content and 98.7 % pure was obtained.
