摘要 采用HNO3-HClO4消解样品,氢化物发生-原子荧光法测定鹿系列保健品中铅。该方法在选定的操作条件下,测定保健品中铅的回收率为91.0%-108.1%,检出限为0.395gg·L^-1,相对标准偏差为1.2%。 A method of plumbane generation combined with atomic fluorescence spectrometry for the determination of Pb in health-care drugs prepared from organs or tissues of deer was reported in this paper. The sample was digested with HNO3-HClO4 and Pb (Ⅱ) in the sample solution was then determined by plumbane generation combined with atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Under the selected conditions, recovery of the method was in range of 91%-108%, detection limit was 0. 395μg·L^-1 and RSD was 1.2%.
