非水毛细管电泳及其在电中性和手性化合物分离上的应用

摘要 讨论了非水毛细管电泳(NACE)的优势和缺点,分别评价了常用非水溶剂作为运行介质的潜力,非水介质中电渗流的产生原因与控制机理。对于NACE的分离机理,尤其是静电相互作用与疏溶剂相互作用对分离的影响进行了讨论。着重评述了NACE在电中性物质的分离以及离子对手性拆分方面的应用及其机制。 A review on the content described in the article was given in this paper, relating especially to the topics on the merits and demerits of non-aqueous capillary electrophoresis (NACE) ; the significant potentialities of several commonly used organic solvents employed as running mediums; the reason of producing electro-osmosis and principle on its control; and on the mechanism of separation by NACE, particularly on the effects of electrostatic and solvophobic interactions on the separation of neutral and chiral compounds.
