摘要
对WAW-600C液压万能试验机通用测控系统V1.0进行了研究,编辑开发了金属材料拉伸试验中的试验方法和技术参数,解决了金属材料检验工作中的技术难点,与WAW-Y500试验机所测数据进行对比,数据稳定性好,满足了常规拉伸检验的需要。
The application of hydraulic universal testing machine with computer servo control Vl. 0 was analyzed. The test methods and the technical parameters used in the tensile test of metalic materials were edited and developed, then the technical problems in metal inspection were solved. Data was compared with WAW-Y500 test machine. It was well in stability, it can meet the need of the everyday tensile test.
