摘要
通过金相检验、扫描电镜和能谱仪等检测手段对失效齿轮进行了分析。结果表明,失效齿轮材料存在较多的非金属夹杂物缺陷,降低了齿轮材料的弯曲疲劳强度,最终导致齿轮早期疲劳断裂。同时提出了避免产生早期失效的措施。
The failure reason on the broken teeth of gear was analyzed by metallographic examination, SEM and EDS technology. It was found that there existed serious problem of metallurgical quality in the material of failure gear, such as much non-metallic inclusion which led bending fatigue strength of the gear material reduced, eventually led to earlier fatigue fracture. Meanwhile, the measures to avoid producing earier failure were put forward.
