城市化是国际上所有国家和地区必须经过的发展路径。中国城市化发展中存在过热和虚高现象,这加剧了一些敏感的重大经济社会问题的突现,产生了一些不稳定因素。特别是最近一段时期内集中表现出的劳动就业、土地资源利用、城乡差距和分配不公扩大等问题,都必须在统筹城乡发展、坚持正确的城市化方针的基础上,积极稳妥地加以解决。

There exist evidences that the state of urbanization in China become overheated and artificially inflated, which elevates the possibility of abruption of sensitive social and economic issues.Thus arising concerns over the stability in current development, Recent issues such as employment, utilization of land resources, the widening gap between cities and counties, and the unfair distribution should be solved actively and steadily based on coordinated urban and rural development and proper urbanization policies.
